Affordable Bio Feedstock, Inc. has developed a highly reproducible brown grease waste recycling plant, the first of which is currently in 
operation at the company’s headquarters located in Kissimmee, Florida. Our mission is to become the leading single-source provider of brown grease recycling in the United States. To that end we have developed a proprietary and environmentally responsible process for brown grease recycling which allows us to separate its contents (oil, organic solids and water) into three commercially marketable products.

To that end we have developed a proprietary and environmentally responsible process for Grease Trap Waste recycling which allows us to separate its contents into three commercially marketable products Brown Grease, Nutrient rich Organic Solids, and Nutrient Rich Water.
Although our primary focus is on Grease Trap Waste recycling. We also offer a combination of products which benefit the environment. These benefits include recycling useable water, converting food solids into fertilizer or animal feedstock and turning brown grease into renewal energy in the form of Biofuels.
Grease Trap Waste is generated in food service establishments from fats, oils, and grease in food products. It is collected in grease traps and interceptors. Almost all Grease Trap Waste is currently being disposed of in landfills. Grease Trap Waste is an expense to the principle stakeholders. Food service establishments pay to dispose of it, pumping companies often regard the hauling of Grease Trap Waste to be a “loss-leader” and municipalities are plagued by the time and expense of dealing with sewage overflows caused by Grease Trap Waste. Yet, the potential energy value of Grease Trap Waste is enormous. The company was formed in response to a significant and growing need for the recycling of Grease Trap Waste. We transform Grease Trap Waste into reusable products and by doing so provide a cost effective, commercially viable and environmentally friendly alternative to current disposal options.
We have designed and developed our first plant which currently has the ability to processes 50,000 gallons of Grease Trap Waste per day. Waste removal and transportation companies throughout Central Florida now have a convenient and cost-effective solution to dispose of their collected Grease Trap Waste. Our recycling plant is the only one of its kind in the United States and our patent pending Thermal Depolymerization technology is uniquely designed to separate Brown Grease, Nutrient rich Organic Solids, and Nutrient Rich Water from Grease Trap Waste. Once separated, each of these components becomes a source of revenue.
The Best and Only Grease Trap Waste Recycler
We are currently the only Grease Trap Waste recycler in the State of Florida. Our plans are to build at least 11 additional plants in Central Florida within the next 14 months and thereafter, expand our operations statewide and throughout the Southeastern United States. Ultimately, we look to expand our operations nationwide with plants in every major metropolitan area in the United States. Current census data shows that there are 262 cities throughout the United States with a population of over 100,000 people. Our objective is to operate 524 plants, 2 plants in each of the country’s 262 largest cities. We enjoy the support of governmental and municipal agencies in Central Florida and expect this high level of collaboration will continue as the company expands. We will also seek out strategic partnerships in the form of Public Private Partnerships with City, County and Federal agencies.
