Affordable Bio Feedstock, Inc. (ABF) is highly experienced in the field of brown grease recycling and resource recovery and relies on a knowledge base compiled by designing, building, improving and operating the world’s first system capable of recycling 99% of brown grease for commercial use.  Our process called “thermal depolymerization,” separates grease trap effluents into products that can be used for alternative fuels, composting material and irrigation, among other applications.

ABF realizes the benefits of disposing of brown grease in an environmentally responsible way, and the potential value of its contents. Our advantage lies in the relatively large volume of brown grease our plant is able to process on a daily basis, and the quality of the feedstock we produce. Since commencing operations in 2008, we have recycled more than 10 million gallons of brown grease, creating over 283,000 gallons of liquid feedstock, over 300 tons of viable organic compounds, and reclaiming over 9 million gallons of nutrient rich water.
